The MAX Group has a team of talented in-house designers educated and accomplished in graphics and exhibit design, free-hand illustration, website development, advertising, marketing collateral, product design, detailed drafting, CAD, theatrical set, lighting and architectural design. We concentrate on the needs, desires and ideas of our customers during the Design phase and collaborate to deliver concepts integrating your requirements with our expertise. This team approach allows us to develop the best, clearest, and most innovative solutions. We believe that several diversely creative minds collaborating are better than one, and will include you as much or as little as you prefer in this process. In the end, customer satisfaction and, preferably, elation is our goal.
We recognize that an excellent design is the most critical step in creating the right visual marketing program to support your brand and products, and create a compelling, inviting environment for prospective customer interaction. Our graphic capabilities include large and small format printing, vinyl-cut lettering, dimensional cut plexiglas and foam, backlit graphics, specialty items such as vehicle wraps and outdoor tents. We outsource to a selected group of trusted, high quality partners dimensional laser cut out letters, logos and graphics. Our capabilities also include large format back walls, murals, pop-up displays, banner stands, small exhibit graphics, exterior signage, and banners.
Exhibit ProductionWe specialize in building custom designed exhibits, using industry best practices, the latest techniques and innovative yet highly durable and sustainable materials. We believe in designing and building displays with interchangeable or modular features and fixtures in order to expand or change easily from tradeshow to tradeshow. Our production facility in Morgan Hill, California is staffed by experienced craftsmen, the cream of the crop, who honed their skills in a variety of nationally acclaimed exhibit shops. We pride ourselves in thinking “outside the box”, incorporating new ideas, and we enjoy challenges. The MAX Group keeps overhead expenses low in order to pass those savings to our customers.
Our shop is fully equipped to work with a variety of products including wood, metal, plexiglas, laminates, and fabrics using state-of-the-art tools. We understand that exhibits should inspire and bring out emotions that draw in prospective and existing customers, so we work closely with you to create the atmosphere and feeling you want to convey. Whether the theme is historic, old world, industrial, futuristic, high tech, video or audio centric, classy, or purely professional, we have the experience and demonstrated results to capture and portray it in your exhibit.
The MAX Group is also a supplier of a variety of portable/modular exhibit systems to meet the needs of customers who desire a low cost, highly compact, yet professional, display experience. Various configurations are available and high impact graphics are used to convey brand messaging.
We partner with ethical, high quality, proven exhibit builders on several continents in order to support international requirements cost-effectively. To optimize the construction process, we group our projects into alliance partner teams that handle specific areas and types of production. The production department utilizes the team that achieves your project goals, and will produce it in the appropriate area of the country or world. We strive to reduce the project’s carbon footprint to the lowest acceptable levels in every step of production, and use sustainable materials and practices whenever possible. Our goal is to keep the cost down and wisely use our resources while completing the project on-time and within your budget.

We offer warehousing and storage services locally in Silicon Valley, with over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space available for your exhibit properties. Our warehouse space is climate controlled, and is alarmed for fire and security.
In addition to our local warehouse space, we have facilities around the United States and many other countries through our alliance partners that are available to you for storing exhibits, equipment or other items. This option can often save you money when you consider the cost of cross-country or international shipments.
We offer several different levels of service for exhibit storage. This ranges from complete exhibit staging and part inventory every time your properties move in or out, to an a la carte option for handling in and out only on an hourly basis at our standard warehouse rate.
We also will store your graphics with numbered inventory catalogs, so you can feel comfortable knowing that you will have the exact graphics you need at every show. These can also be viewed online through your customized Internet-based client portal.
Show ServicesWhether you need to ship your exhibit across the country, need labor at your next show, or want a turn-key service package arranged, we will do it!
Shipping is arranged through one of several national carriers. The shipping methods available include Air-Ride Van Lines, Air Freight carriers and Common Carrier shipments. Depending on the details of your shipment, we can make arrangements for the proper shipping service.
Labor is provided through our national installation and dismantling (I&D) network. This allows you to work within Union regulations, which we know intimately, without the hassle of dealing with under-qualified show labor. We provide you with top-quality labor and supervision in most major cities across the US. The international market is entirely different when it comes to I&D which allows us to be more creative depending on the country you are exhibiting in. There are different ways to work with labor in each country. One of our suggestions is to use one of our staff to travel with you to your shows and manage the installation and crew. This allows for consistency when setting your booth in multiple countries and you have someone that knows what to do in each country to see that you have a positive experience. If you desire, we can arrange for a competent English speaking lead man from one of our alliance partners to assist you in each country as well.
Arrangements for other show services are also available, including turnkey show service orders, completing show service forms with direct client billing, and arrangements such as special equipment, in-booth professional presenters, or other show site needs. We have the ability to manage the entire tradeshow experience for you or handle only those items you wish to outsource. In addition, we will provide planning that will often save money through optimized transportation routing, and savings on unnecessary labor or services cost. We will provide show services management on a project or T&M basis, depending upon your needs.
Corporate and Special EventsOver the past thirty years, we have planned, executed and managed corporate events around the globe including training sessions, workshops, sales meetings, board meetings, boat cruises, games, client receptions, theme events, internal trade/service shows, parties, and special celebrations.
We also provide concept development, talent sourcing, site evaluation and inspection, graphic design and production for programs, brochures and event signage, Audio/Video equipment and technicians, themed staging, props, exhibits, games, development and sourcing of premiums and give-away items. We have the ideas and resources to deliver and thrill!
Our staff will work within your budget range to develop unique and creative events that will drive to your program goals and realize a substantial ROI for your marketing dollars.
Project Management and Account ServicesProject and account management services are included in the overall tradeshow exhibit production fees. The MAX Group believes that customer service and account management is a crucial part of our job and should not be an additional fee for our customers.
